  18. Windows NT may fail to Detect the Ultrastor 14F SCSI Controller on
  19. some machines, including Gateway 2000 computers.

  21. CAUSE

  24. This problem occurs when you are using an older version of the
  25. Ultrastor ROM chip.

  27. RESOLUTION

  30. To correct this problem, please call Ultrastor at (510) 623-8955 for
  31. an updated ROM chip.
